Return and Exchange Policy - Ensuring Your Shopping Rights
We understand that choosing the right assembled bookshelf requires careful consideration, hence we have established a fair and transparent return and exchange policy. Whether you are dissatisfied with the size of the product or find any quality issues, you can receive proper handling in accordance with the following terms.
Return and Exchange Time Limits
Return Application: Within 30 days from the date of receiving the product (based on the date of logistics signature), you can submit a return application.
Exchange Application: Within 15 days from the date of receiving the product (based on the date of logistics signature), due to quality issues or incorrect delivery, you can submit an exchange application.
Note: Applications beyond the above time limits will not be accepted. Please understand.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Acceptable Circumstances
Quality Issues: The assembled bookshelf received has quality problems such as cracked or deformed wood, damaged or missing hardware, loose structure, etc., which are not caused by human factors. After our inspection and confirmation, we support free return or exchange.
Wrong Delivery / Missing Delivery: The received product is not in the same model, color, size as the order, or lacks accessories, instructions, etc. After verifying the order information, we support free return or exchange.
Personal Reasons: If you apply for a return due to dissatisfaction with the size or style, you must meet the following conditions:
The product is not assembled or used, and is in a brand new condition;
The original packaging is intact (including carton, foam, tape, etc.), with no signs of opening;
All accessories, instructions, warranty cards, gifts, etc. are complete.
Unacceptable Circumstances
The product has been assembled and used, or the packaging, accessories are damaged or missing;
Damage caused by improper use (such as overloading, impact, unauthorized modification) by the user;
Personalized customized products (such as engraving, special size customization);
Exceeding the specified return and exchange time limit;
No original order information or unable to prove that the product was sold by us.
Return and Exchange Process
Submit Application: Log in to your account, find the corresponding order in "My Orders", click "Apply for Return / Exchange", fill in the reason and upload relevant vouchers (such as photos of product issues, order screenshots, etc.); you can also submit the application through the customer service email or phone. The customer service will assist you in completing the process.
Review and Confirmation: We will complete the review within 2 working days after receiving the application. The review result will be notified to you via email or SMS. After the review is approved, we will provide the return address, logistics guidance, and return number (please mark it on the package).
Return Goods: You need to package the goods as required and send them back to the designated address within 7 days after receiving the approval notification. Please use a trackable logistics method and keep the logistics凭证.
Processing Completion:
Return: After receiving the goods and inspecting them, we will refund within 3-5 working days using the original payment method. The refund amount includes the product price (for returns due to personal reasons, a 15% handling fee will be deducted). The arrival time will be subject to the processing cycle of the payment institution.
Exchange: After inspection, we will send the exchanged product within 3-5 working days.
Cost Sharing
Return / Exchange due to quality issues, wrong delivery / missing delivery: The return and shipping costs will be borne by us. The shipping costs incurred during return will be reimbursed by you to the customer service based on the logistics receipt (up to the original order shipping cost).
Return due to personal reasons: The return and shipping costs need to be borne by you, and a 15% handling fee (covering storage, quality inspection, secondary packaging, etc.) will be charged (for covering costs).
If the returned goods do not pass the inspection: If the goods do not meet the conditions and are rejected for return / exchange, we will return the goods to you. The shipping costs incurred will be borne by you. Taxes and Fees: The import duties and customs clearance fees resulting from returns of international orders are your responsibility (in some regions, assistance can be provided to apply for duty refunds, subject to local customs policies).
Special Note:
If the goods you purchased participated in promotional activities (such as discounts, buy-gift offers), when returning them, the gifts must also be sent back. If the gifts have been used or cannot be returned, the corresponding value of the gifts should be deducted from the refund amount.
Even if an assembled bookshelf is not used, if the packaging is damaged or accessories are missing, it may affect the review of the return. It is recommended to confirm the size and appearance after receiving the goods before assembling.
There are differences in logistics policies among different countries. When returning the goods, please comply with the local packaging and transportation regulations to avoid having the goods detained or incurring additional costs due to violations.
