During the process of purchasing and using assembled bookshelves, you may encounter various questions. The following are the most frequently asked questions by users and their detailed answers. If you have other needs, please contact our customer service team for assistance. 
Regarding product specifications and compatibility 
Is the size of the bookshelf suitable for my space? 
Our bookshelves offer various specifications ranging from 30cm width to 200cm width and 80cm height to 220cm height. The detailed dimensions (in centimeters and inches) will be marked on the product detail page of the official website. You can use the "space simulation tool" on the page to input your room dimensions and view the placement effect of the bookshelf. If you still have any questions, please provide the room photos and dimensions to our customer service, and we will recommend a suitable style for you. 
What is the load-bearing capacity of the bookshelf? Can it hold heavy books? 
The load-bearing capacity of different series varies slightly: the basic model can bear 60kg per layer (about 150 hardcover books), and the reinforced model can bear 80kg per layer (about 200 hardcover books). The details page will clearly indicate this. All bookshelves have passed the load-bearing test, and the layer boards are made of thick materials and equipped with reinforced crossbeams, so even if you place a complete encyclopedia or a large painting book, there is no need to worry. 
Is the bookshelf suitable for humid environments (such as near the bathroom, coastal areas)? 
Our moisture-resistant series bookshelves (with the product name containing "Moisture-Resistant" label) use waterproof edges and moisture-proof materials, and can withstand humidity below 85%. They are suitable for use near the bathroom or in coastal areas. For the regular model, it is recommended to avoid direct contact with moisture. If used in a humid environment, you can apply a waterproof agent on the surface of the board to enhance protection. 
Regarding assembly and installation 
Do I need professional tools for assembling the bookshelf? Can beginners complete it independently? 
Most styles adopt "tool-free assembly" design, connected by clips and eccentric wheels, without the need for screwdrivers and other tools; a few styles that require auxiliary fixation will come with a dedicated mini wrench and screwdriver in the packaging. The full-color manual uses 3D step diagrams, combined with the video tutorials on the official website, even for novice assemblers, you can complete it within 30-60 minutes (with two people working together will be more efficient). 
What if I find missing or damaged parts during assembly? 
Please first check the parts list (at the end of the manual page) to confirm if the parts are really missing. If they are indeed missing or damaged, you can take photos of the part number and the batch code on the packaging and contact our customer service to apply for free re-delivery. We will send it from the nearest warehouse within 2 working days, usually within 3-5 days it will be delivered. 
Can the bookshelf be disassembled and reinstalled? 
Yes. Our bookshelves adopt a reusable assembly structure, and normal disassembly 3-5 times will not affect stability. When disassembling, please follow the reverse steps in the manual to avoid excessive force that may damage the parts. When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to disassemble and store it in the original packaging to save storage space. 
Regarding orders and delivery 
How can I check the logistics progress of my order? 
After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number; after the goods are dispatched, the system will automatically send the logistics tracking number and a query link. You can also log in to your account, click on the corresponding order in "My Orders", and view the real-time logistics status (including customs clearance progress, delivery time, etc.). 
Is it necessary for someone to sign for the delivery? Yes. Since the bookshelf is a large item, the logistics personnel require you to sign for it in person and confirm that the goods are in good condition. If you are unable to sign for it in person, you can authorize someone else to receive it (please note the name and contact information of the receiver in the order remarks in advance), and the receiver must present valid identification. 
What are the differences between overseas warehouse delivery and domestic direct delivery? 
Overseas warehouse delivery: The goods are stored in the overseas warehouse in your region (such as the warehouse in the United States or Europe), with fast delivery time (3-5 days), lower shipping cost, and no need to worry about import duties (included in the price). 
Domestic direct delivery: For some niche styles, the goods are directly shipped from the domestic warehouse. The delivery time is longer (7-15 days), and import duties may be incurred (you need to pay them when receiving the goods), but the styles are more diverse. When placing an order, the system will automatically display the shipping warehouse and related information. 
Regarding after-sales and warranty 
If the bookshelf shakes after being used for a period of time, how to handle it? 
First, check if the connection parts are loose. You can use the included wrench to re-tighten the eccentric wheel and screws; if the problem still exists, it may be due to uneven ground, and you can pad the bottom of the bookshelf with spacers to adjust the level. If it is a quality issue (such as deformation of the board), you can contact the customer service to apply for warranty services, and we will arrange for repair or replacement of parts. 
Are there any costs for repair within the warranty period? 
During the 5-year structural warranty period, for faults caused by product quality issues (such as cracking of the board, breakage of hardware) due to the product itself, the repair and part costs are all free; for faults caused by human damage (such as overloading, impact) due to human reasons, you need to pay for the cost of parts. For return shipping, if it is a quality issue, we will bear the cost; if it is due to human reasons, you need to bear the return shipping cost. 
Can additional accessories (such as shelves, cabinet doors) be purchased? 
Yes. Our official website's "accessories section" provides compatible shelves, cabinet doors, drawers, anti-slip pads, etc. for each series of bookshelves. You can choose to purchase based on the model. If you are unsure about the compatibility, you can provide the order number or model of the bookshelf to the customer service, and we will recommend suitable accessories for you.
